A clearer reason to choose YardLightDigital
Your website must first earn trust. Then the enquiry process should collect the information you actually need and make the next step obvious to your team.
Suitable businesses can see a focused homepage direction before deciding whether a paid project makes sense.
The site is structured around services, work examples, service areas, trust and one clear next step.
An optional pilot can organise accepted enquiries, prepare the next action and keep follow-up visible.
Your team reviews important replies, pricing and decisions. The system assists; it does not pretend to run the business.
Website + lead response pilot
A practical pilot connects the enquiry experience to a simple review process. It can reduce repetitive admin and forgotten follow-ups without sending promises, prices or availability on its own.
Interactive example
Change the example fields below and watch the business summary update. This is a local demonstration only: it sends nothing, uploads nothing and makes no automatic promise to a customer.
Landscape design and installation · Kalgoorlie · Approximately 180 square metres · Within one month · $20,000–$35,000. Access: Side access, approximately 1.2 metres wide. We want to redesign our backyard with new garden beds, lawn and a paved entertaining area. The site is approximately 180 square metres and we would like someone to inspect it before quoting. See the design standard
These are concept directions—not past client projects. They demonstrate how visual tone, layout and calls to action can be shaped around a specific trade or service business.

For: landscapers, builders and specialists selling higher-value projects.
For: garden care, home services and trusted local operators.
For: trades, earthworks and fast-moving service teams.
A clearer operating result
Customers understand what you do, where you work and whether you fit their project.
A focused enquiry path captures the information needed to judge the next step.
Accepted information can be organised into a clear summary and reviewable draft.
A simple status prevents promising opportunities from disappearing in a crowded inbox.
Founding-client offer
Founding pricing applies to the first three suitable client projects. Every proposal confirms the final scope, exclusions, ownership and future costs before work begins.
A focused one-page website for a service business that needs to look established and make contacting you easy.
AUD $790A complete multi-page website built to show the work, answer common questions and collect more useful quote details.
AUD $1,290Approval and payment: 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due before launch. Nothing goes live without your approval. A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback relating to the agreed scope.
Optional · separately scoped
Pilot applications openFor suitable businesses that want to test a simpler way to capture, review and follow up enquiries. The workflow is mapped around one real lead path before any wider rollout.
Discuss the pilotPricing: quoted after a short workflow review. Software and messaging costs are confirmed separately before the pilot begins.
No renewal surprise
The build begins after the deposit, completed questionnaire, content and required access are received.
You review the agreed website. The balance is paid before publication or transfer.
A new .com.au domain is included up to AUD $30 when required, registered in the client’s name. Business email is separate.
Hosting is AUD $150/year, or Care is AUD $49/month with hosting and limited minor changes. Domain renews at registrar cost.
The client remains the registrant of the domain. If an existing domain is used, it stays in the client’s account. Paid third-party software and business email are always confirmed separately.
A simple, controlled process
Your services, customers, current enquiry path and the strongest commercial priority.
Build the credible website, useful content and clear customer next step.
If useful, connect one enquiry path to a simple review and follow-up system.
Keep human approval, measure what happens and expand only when the pilot earns it.
Founder-led, direct service
I’m Tom Anger, founder of YardLightDigital. I work directly with Australian trades and service businesses to turn practical expertise into a clear, credible digital presence.
YardLightDigital is based in Western Australia and works remotely across the country. The focus is simple: strong visual direction, useful information, a professional enquiry path and a scope you understand before work begins.
Questions, answered clearly
No vague “AI runs everything” promise. The website packages stay clear, the pilot is scoped separately, and important customer decisions remain under human control.
Essential suits a business that needs one strong page. Quote-Ready is better when customers need separate service information, a larger gallery and a more detailed quote form.
No. The Lead Response Pilot is optional and quoted separately after one real enquiry workflow is reviewed. This keeps the website scope, software costs and expected result clear.
Not by default. A pilot may organise information and prepare a draft, but your team approves important customer communication. Binding quotes, prices, availability and commitments remain human decisions.
The tools are chosen for the client’s workflow rather than sold as the product. A simple setup may connect a form, a lead table and a reviewable draft. Any paid third-party account or usage cost is approved separately.
Essential targets 5–7 business days and Quote-Ready targets 7–10 business days after the deposit, completed questionnaire, content and required access are received. A pilot has its own confirmed timeline.
The founding website packages include hosting and SSL for 12 months. If a new domain is needed, one eligible .com.au registration is included up to AUD $30 and registered in the client’s name. Business email, automation software and other paid tools are separate.
You can renew website hosting for AUD $150 per year or choose the Care Plan at AUD $49 per month, which includes hosting, technical checks and up to 20 minutes of minor changes each month. Domain and third-party tools renew at their provider’s current price.
No honest studio can guarantee rankings, lead volume or revenue. YardLightDigital improves presentation, enquiry quality and follow-up visibility; results still depend on the offer, market, sales process and response.
